New H.V.A.C. System Installation:
Encore Mechanical will provide quality estimates by our highly experienced, qualified estimators for new H.V.A.C. systems. These estimates are customary to meet the customer’s needs to include although not limited to, all ductwork, condensate drains, venting, equipment, refrigerant, and all necessary appurtenances for a fully functional H.V.A.C. system. We proudly employ qualified individuals and perform the installations ourselves using the newest technology, energy efficient equipment options customized to match the customer’s needs at low-cost, competitive pricing. We work with many industry leading H.V.A.C. equipment manufacturers and only use high-quality parts.
In addition, our employees have experience replacing existing H.V.A.C. systems. If your equipment is not performing as expected, not working at all, or you just want to update the equipment to a more energy efficient system, our qualified installers will provide dependable results.
Filtration:
Proper filtration is key to maintaining an efficient H.V.A.C. system. While air filters were originally designed in H.V.A.C. systems to filter pollutants or contaminants out of the air that passes through them, the advancements in air filtration devices allow customers to protect their home or business based on specific needs. The variation of air filters on the market now provide options in terms of efficiency, health benefits, cost and maintenance. We can help our customers decide which product to use based on the specific need; whether the customer’s priority is to use disposable fiberglass filters that filter the air of the dust and debris ultimately focusing on efficiency and functionality of the H.V.A.C. system without costing too much money; focusing on filtering out toxins from the H.V.A.C. system aiding in reducing pollutants from the air being consumed by using a UV filter and costing significantly more to maintain; or, using High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters that focus on both air quality and efficiency.
